Region 4 VMS Scholarship, sponsored by Crowd Management Services, will award one Region 4 scholarship to VMS2024 that will be automatically renewed for 2025 to cover the cost of tuition and $500 stipend. Venue Management School will take place at Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, FL on Saturday, June 8 - Friday, June 14, 2024.
Region 4 will award a one year scholarship for 2024 and a year two scholarship for 2025.
Venue Management School (VMS) consists of two (2) separate week-long courses of intensive instruction held over two consecutive years. The VMS curriculum covers topics such as event management, life safety, marketing and advertising, crowd management and the guest experience. The second year of VMS covers areas such as leadership and image, cost control, risk management and insurance, and strategic business planning

- Scholarship is for full tuition including room and board.
- Upon passing year one, recipient will be eligible to receive a year two scholarship
- Travel stipend up to $500 (as a reimbursement following event)
- Applicants must work in Region 4
- Applicants must be able and willing to attend VMS for the year in which the scholarship is awarded.
- If awarded for year one of the scholarship, you must stay employed in region 4 to receive year two of the scholarship
